Email support@citeply.com with a concise description of the issue, the affected workspace, the time it occurred, and the steps needed to reproduce it. Include an error reference when the product displays one.
Do not email passwords, Microsoft access tokens, private keys, or confidential questionnaire and evidence files. Citeply will request a safer transfer method if diagnostic content is required.
Severity definitions, business hours, and initial-response targets are published in the Support service levels. Service-wide notices appear on the Status page.
Microsoft 365 connection help
For sign-in, OneDrive, or SharePoint issues, include the Microsoft tenant identifier and the permission or consent message shown to the administrator. Citeply uses delegated Microsoft Graph access and cannot view a user's Microsoft password.
Security and privacy
Security concerns can be reported to security@citeply.com. Privacy and data-rights requests can be sent to privacy@citeply.com.
Review current safeguards and connector boundaries on the Trust page, and read the Privacy statement for information-handling details.
Commercial inquiries
Annual Core, Partner, and Scale subscriptions may be purchased securely through Paddle. Review plan capacity on the Pricing page. A limited Founding Partner Pilot and tailored offers remain available by request.
Paddle acts as merchant of record for eligible purchases and handles invoicing, tax, renewal, and cancellation controls. Citeply support handles account activation, plan entitlements, product access, and technical issues. Include the relevantPaddle subscription ID in billing-related support requests, but never send a purchase token.
The Service Agreement, DPA, and subprocessor register are available for procurement review.
