A formal service address and any tax or invoicing identifiers applicable to a transaction are supplied in the accepted order, invoice, or verified legal correspondence. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, authentication codes, connector tokens, or customer documents to these email addresses.

Paddle billing relationship

Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and merchant of record for eligible direct purchases. Paddle handles checkout, payment, tax, invoices or receipts, renewal, cancellation, and refund administration. Paddle does not operate the Citeply application and does not replace the Citeply provider as the party responsible for product delivery, customer support, or product-side data processing.

Business service and professional reliance

Citeply is offered for authorized business use. It assists with evidence-backed questionnaire and assurance workflows but does not provide legal, audit, certification, tax, or compliance advice. Customer-facing answers and exported claims require review by an authorized person.
